Clean and quiet Staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Ms. Maryem who took care of all our requests and she was our main contact person since she speaks Arabic. Thanks also for the concierge people who helped us for the luggage and the car parking everyday.

Staff were extremely helpful and saw to our comfort. The breakfast varieties were really fresh and enjoyable. Restaurant staff were really nice.

The hotel location was in the middle not very far from old town , the cleanliness was perfect

It is quite convenient in the center of the city. The breakfast is very nice with good choices. The katmer served as desert is good and unfortunately it finishes too quick :)

Clean amazing, they upgraded us for free and gave complimentary breakfast. If I visit Gaziantep again, it would be my go to place.
